We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Frankfurt Secure Connect Data Centers.
Customers connecting through the anycast FQDN (e.g., xxxx.sc.ciscoplus.com) and being routed to Frankfurt may experience service disruption.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend connecting using the data-center–specific FQDN, which can be found in your Umbrella/Secure Connect dashboard.
For example, to connect to Amsterdam, you may use: xxxx.ams1.sc.ciscoplus.com.
Please note that not all customers are provisioned for every data center, so ensure the FQDN is listed in your dashboard before switching.
