Due to high load in the FRA1 data center, new Cisco+ Secure Connect VPN connections were temporarily redirected to users' closest configured sites while existing connections remained uninterrupted. The issue was resolved after 1.9 hours when the FRA1 data center was successfully brought back into rotation and began handling new connections normally again.
We are pleased to confirm that the FRA1 data center has been successfully brought Back Into Rotation (BIR). All services are fully operational, and new connections for Cisco+ Secure Connect VPN are now being directed to FRA1 as usual.
