Outage Details

A subset of US DaaS customers are currently experiencing issues launching apps and desktops or accessing the admin console. For customers leveraging Citrix’s resiliency features, VDAs may be shown as unregistered through the admin console but are currently accessible through Local Host Cache or Service Continuity.

Current Status:

Citrix DaaS is impacted by outage from an upstream third party cloud provider. We are engaging with the third party cloud provider to work towards resolution.
