April 2026: Roster Server Import Settings Issue
ClassLink experienced an issue where some tenants had missing thresholds and settings in their Roster Server, prompting the team to place all Roster Servers in maintenance mode to prevent further configuration changes and potential data loss. The problem affected only a subset of tenants, not the entire user base. After 7.6 hours, a fix was deployed and all affected tenants had their thresholds and settings restored.
