Earlier today, CloudRadial experienced a brief period of degraded performance and intermittent connectivity affecting all regions. The disruption lasted approximately 8 minutes and has been fully resolved.
What happened: Azure SQL infrastructure experienced an unplanned platform-level event affecting database gateway connectivity in our East US region. This was not caused by any CloudRadial deployment or application change. Azure Resource Health confirmed the event as platform-initiated and unplanned.
Impact: Some users may have experienced slow load times, errors, or timeouts between approximately 10:04 and 10:12 AM CST.
Resolution: Services recovered automatically as Azure restored gateway connectivity. No action is required on your end.
Current status: All systems are operating normally currently, and response times are returning to normal. We are continuing to monitor performance.
