The Domain Name Server (DNS) within the Payments domain, that translates domain names into IP Addresses, is not functioning. Therefore systems are not able to communicate with each other. Teams are working on several resolution paths and we will keep you updated on their progress.
Customers using the Electronic Cash Register report issues with PIN payments. Engineers have related this issue also to the incident with the Docdata PSP.
Also prepaid CM.com customers that are topping up their Wallet to send Text messages or do Voice calls are experiencing issues. They cannot add funds at this moment.
Specific ticketing shops on our Global Ticket, General Admission and Seated Ticketing platform are also experiencing issues with processing payments in their ticket shops. This is related to the disruption of the Docdata PSP.
Customers are also not able to access the Payments dashboard (Payments Portal) on the CM.com Platform. (https://www.cm.com/en-gb/app/paymentsportal/******/dashboard/) This is related to the ongoing issue.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
