CommCare Update Visible Only on Google Play Search Results

Dear Users, We are investigating an issue affecting Android users where a CommCare update is available on the Google Play Store but is not visible on the app’s dedicated Play Store page. Users with apps configured for forced updates may not see the update option when clicking the Update CommCare via Play Store link from within the app, which can block continued app use. Workaround: Users should open the Google Play Store, search for CommCare, and update the app directly from the search results list, without opening the app’s dedicated page. Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this Play Store behavior and will share updates as we learn more.
