Partial Service Degradation - Conga Platform

The issue affecting Conga IDP authentication has been resolved.

Microsoft has completed mitigation of the Azure service disruption affecting the West US region, and our monitoring indicates that Conga IDP authentication has returned to normal operation.

We continue to monitor an ongoing Azure service incident affecting the West US region.

The impact remains limited to customers using Conga IDP as their authentication method. Other supported login methods continue to operate normally.

Microsoft has identified the likely cause of the Azure service disruption and is actively deploying mitigation actions. We are closely monitoring recovery alongside Azure and will continue to provide updates as service restoration progresses.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting authentication for customers using Conga IDP as their login method.

At this time, the impact is limited to Conga IDP authentication. Other supported authentication methods remain operational.

Our engineering teams are actively monitoring an ongoing Azure service issue in the West US region that may be contributing to this behavior and are working to minimize customer impact.
