Cloud Ops has identified an issue and taking steps to remediate. The action is being taken now and partners will see return of service soon. We will continue to monitor the issue and update accordingly.

Remediation has been completed by the Cloud Ops team. Services are returning in both regions. Partners should see agents starting to reconnect. We will continue to monitor the issue.
