The issue was caused by the patch 104234 - ConnectWise Report Writer Update - Scheduled Task Changes, which has now been deactivated. As the patch is no longer active, no new partners will be impacted.

Resolution for Affected Partners:
Partners who were impacted while the patch was active will be guided to delete the following DLL file to resolve the issue:
C:\websites\psa\v4_6_release\bin\Microsoft.Win32.TaskScheduler_202582014729.dll
