We are currently investigating reports of Co-Managed Backup NOC services has got disabled for some partners as part of migration efforts to Asio company to Axcient client mapping. We are actively working to rectify the issue. In the meantime, for any tickets raised for Axcient x360Recover failure events, we request you to join a chat session with the CW NOC team for the issue resolution.
