We are sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties with our Consumer Search Product, due to an issue on the side of one of our external suppliers.
Our IT team is actively engaged and working closely with the supplier to restore full service as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide updates via our status page and will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. There’s no need to contact us via telephone or email unless your case is urgent.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
