Due to a bad proactive pattern deployed, many emails were incorrectly classified as spam. The offending pattern which was in place between approximately 11:00 UTC and 13:30 UTC, has been deleted. In order to expedite the removal of the pattern from the local cache please perform the following steps: 1) Shutdown ctasd 2) Remove ct*.dat files from temp folder 3) Restart ctasd

In order to expedite the removal of the pattern from the local cache please perform the following steps:
1) Shutdown ctasd
2) Remove ct*.dat files from temp folder
3) Restart ctasd
