Datto Access Points running Version 7 of firmware or above may fail when trying to upgrade/downgrade firmware

Following a cloud-side update deployed earlier this week, we became aware that Datto Access Points running any version 7 firmware revision are unable to successfully upgrade or downgrade firmware via Network Manager. A hotfix for the cloud is under active testing. Your Access Points will continue to run the actively running version of firmware. Other aspects of managing Access Points remain fully operational. If there is an urgent need to upgrade or downgrade firmware on your access points, Datto Support will be able to assist you.
