We are currently aware of an Oracle Netsuite outage that is impacting related services. The services impacted are: -New purchases of the Datto Secure Edge Product -Deployment of existing Datto Secure Edge licenses -New deployments of the Datto Backup for Microsoft Azure agents Our Engineering team has escalated this problem to our Oracle representatives. A fix has been deployed to correct the remaining Datto Backup for Microsoft Azure new deployment issues.

We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure that the fix was successful and no additional problems arise.
