A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are aware of a problem where errors are observed in the UI on Zinfandel for Datto RMM, which may be impacting the performance of Jobs, Web Remote connections, and device list loading.
The Kaseya R&D Team is working assiduously to resolve this issue as a matter of priority. A maintenance window will be enabled for the platform to prevent any alert misfires while the team is working on resolving the issue.
