This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently investigating issues with Datto RMM on the Concord platform (US East region) with Web Remote connections intermittently failing to establish to targeted devices.
The Kaseya R&D Team is working to resolve this issue as a matter of priority.
