Outage Details
We are currently aware of an intermittent service disruption affecting Endpoint Backup v2 agents.
Some users may encounter a "server busy" error during backup attempts due to higher-than-usual server load. In these cases, the backup will automatically retry after a brief wait.
In most cases, the backup will be successful upon retry. However, if you notice repeated retries without success, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team at https://helpdesk.kaseya.com/hc/en-gb for further assistance.
The server load will gradually decrease as it processes the current backups in queue, and we are working on additional improvements to speed up recovery over the next week.
