Outage Details

On Monday, July 21st, our Technology team identified and resolved errors relating to incoming email processing in the American West zone. Functionality was restored quickly, but the event resulted in a small number of emails that were not processed correctly. Our R&D team has identified the unprocessed emails and plans to reprocess them at 11:30 AM EST today. We will post an update once the reprocessing is complete.
