Webhook delays in US-East-1

Incoming webhooks in us-east-1 are currently experiencing a higher than normal queue, leading to delays in processing. Root cause has been identified and addressed. We are continuing to monitor the queue depth and are taking efforts to speed up processing. We will provide the next update when delays are eliminated.

Webhook backlogs are continuing to process at an accelerated rate, with one queue remaining to finish. The remaining queue experiencing delays is responsible for group membership changes. Because of this, customers in US-East-1 region are currently experiencing up to a 5 hour delay for group updates to process. We anticipate this queue completing its backlog in the next 3-4 hours.
