A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are continuing to see intermittent processing issues when donors attempt to submit a donation on both new and classic online forms. We are also seeing errors when attempting to run monthly giving or instacharge. We are working very closely with our processing vendor to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
