We received confirmation from Constant Contact that they successfully resolved the "username can not be found" error. We have been monitoring logins and Constant Contact syncs and have not seen any additional errors.
If you happened to change your password to Constant Contact on or after 8/19/2024 and are still experiencing a connection issue between DonorPerfect and Constant Contact please try reentering your password by going to Mailings > Constant Contact Email > enter your password > Click Update Password. After updating the password you will need to wait 24 hours for the integration to reconnect.

As part of our DonorPerfect 3.9 release last night (8/22) we were able to successfully implement a solution to fix the invalid credentials error message. We have been monitoring this fix and we can confirm that our Constant Contact Version 1 sync is running again for most clients.

We have confirmed that the issues we are seeing with our Constant Contact Version 1 integration are a direct result of an update that Constant Contact deployed earlier this week. We are currently investigating an issue with our Constant Contact Version 1 integration where some clients are receiving a message that their credentials are invalid or their username can not be found. This is a high priority for us and our team is working directly with Constant Contact to resolve this issue. At this time you should be able to log in to Constant Contact directly and there is no need to change your password. We apologize for this inconvenience and will keep you updated here!
