Security Check Failing

We have seen a significant reduction in errors for the security check and believe this should be resolved but are still monitoring the situation. If you still get an error when attempting to log in we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.

We are currently investigating an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. As this has allowed some users to get through the security check. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.
