We’ve monitored the situation for some time now and we’re confident this issue is fully resolved. If you look back here in a day or two, you’ll find our RCA uploaded. Sorry about the interruption this caused.
We applied a fix a few minutes ago. We're now seeing immediate and sustained improvements in API performance. Thanks for your patience while we worked on this problem. We'll monitor the situation from here and post a final update once we're totally satisfied it's resolved.
We're investigating an issue with API performance. This issue is intermittent causing slow processing of API calls and sometimes a 502/524 error. We're working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and get things back to normal. We'll share another update shortly.
