Due to an issue with a third party cloud provider, it's not currently possible to contact the Dotdigital support team via chat. In addition, the Dotdigital help centre is offline due to the same cause. Sorry if you're affected. You can still receive help from the support team by emailing support@dotdigital.com
Please note that the main Dotdigital platform is unaffected by this issue.
