DroneDeploy's web and mobile apps were inaccessible to some users for approximately 75 minutes on July 10, 2026 (9:15–10:30 AM Pacific), caused by an outage with a third-party service provider. The APIs, Web Server, and Exports components were affected. Engineering deployed a patch to restore service, monitored stability, and confirmed full resolution once the service provider issue was remediated.
