IL Central-1 (AWS) Service Disruption

We are aware of an issue affecting IL - Central-1. Currently, alerting and querying are unavailable, and data ingestion is currently lagged.

We have identified the issue affecting IL - Central-1 as related to AWS service disruption in the IL - Central-1 region. Currently, alerting querying and data ingestion remain affected for impacted customers. Data ingest is currently lagging, with the full impact to be determined by support teams after restoration.

Our teams are actively engaged with AWS and are prioritizing service restoration while continuing to assess customer impact.

AWS has confirmed performance issues with the Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL Multi-AZ clusters in the IL-CENTRAL-1 Region. AWS is working to identify the underlying root cause and, in parallel, to mitigate the issue.

This AWS service disruption continues to affect Dynatrace services in the IL-CENTRAL-1 region for impacted customers, including alerting query functionality and data ingestion. Data ingestion is currently delayed, and our support teams will continue assessing the full customer impact as restoration progresses.

Our teams remain actively engaged with AWS and are focused on supporting service restoration, monitoring customer-facing services closely, and validating impact as AWS mitigation efforts continue.
