Dynatrace SSO Login Authentication Service is intermittently timing out with a 504 error

We are aware of intermittent issues with the Dynatrace SSO Login Authentication Service receiving a 504 Gateway Timeout and we are currently investigating.

We will provide updates as soon as more information is available.

Investigation is ongoing. We saw temporary improvement, but that has not sustained. Dynatrace SaaS users may still be experiencing login difficulties.

We have identified the cause of the issue and initial mitigation steps have been performed. Users will see improvements in Dynatrace SSO Login Authentication attempts as mitigation efforts progress.
