Webhook communication issue with Dynatrace Operator 1.5

We're investigating an issue with webhook communication failure after upgrading Dynatrace Operator 1.5. If you have not yet upgraded, please hold off until further notice. If you have upgraded, please contact Dynatrace Support.

Further investigation points to this issue being isolated to Red Hat Operator Hub based upgrades and installations. If you're experiencing issues with this, please open a support ticket so our team can assist.

We have identified the root cause and are in the process of preparing new Dynatrace Operator version 1.5.1. Once available please upgrade directly to said version.
If you are currently using version of Dynatrace Operator 1.5.0 please contact Dynatrace Support.
