We're investigating the availability of OneAgent 1.313.38 in the Kubernetes image registry. We recommend not updating to this version at this time. We will update you with more information as soon as we have the next steps.

After further investigation, we have determined that this is not specific to the 1.313.38 OneAgent version. The issue can present itself when attempting to pull an image from the Dynatrace registry. The error returned is "context cancelled".
This is currently under investigation, and we have a workaround. Please contact Support for details.
