We've identified a potential conflict between Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Webserver Business Events.

A confirmed mitigation step is to disable RUM on the impacted process group. A restart is not required for this mitigation action.

As a potential mitigation, the Webserver Business Events (Opt-In) feature can be disabled. A restart of the process is required for this mitigation step.

We've identified a potential fix to resolve the conflict between Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Webserver Business Events. After thorough testing is complete, this fix will be made available.

In the meantime, the previously provided mitigation steps to disable RUM on the impacted process group or to disable the Webserver Business Events (Opt-In) feature have both been confirmed to be effective.

Our teams continue to actively work on a fix to resolve the conflict between Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Webserver Business Events that prevents some web pages from loading correctly, and we hope to have it ready for deployment by end of day.

In the meantime, the previously shared mitigation steps remain effective: disable RUM on the impacted process group (no restart required), or disable the Webserver Business Events (Opt-In) feature (requires a process restart).
