Visibility of data in charts within Cross-Environment tiles on Classic dashboards are potentially impacted

We're investigating an issue where customers using SaaS Cross-Environment tiles (other Dynatrace environments) in Classic Dashboards are not seeing data populating. This is currently being investigated, and we will update here when more information becomes available.

We have identified the issue with data populating into the Cross-Environment dashboard tiles. The mitigative fix will be tested before deployment to clusters.

The mitigative fix has been tested and deployed on first clusters. This showed to solve the missing presentation of data with Cross-Environment dashboard tiles.

The roll-out to all clusters is ongoing. Further notification will be given when this roll-out has finished.
