We are currently aware of an issue with the third party vendor that services attachments in our support ticket platform. You may be unable to upload or download attachments at this time. We are investigating the issue and will provide further updates as they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however in the meantime if you have an urgent need for an attachment please let your support representative know in your ticket.

Our third-party service provider has identified the issue and has mostly recovered. They are continuing to work to bring services back to full functionality.
