Outage Details
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ingest of OpenTelemetry metrics via OTLP into Metrics powered by Grail.
This only applies to a small subset of SaaS clusters that were already updated to the latest version of 1.320.
You may experience a drop in data ingestion for OpenTelemetry Metrics on Grail only. All metrics will still be available in Metrics Classic.
We are currently working on a resolution and will provide updates as we make progress.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
