We are investigating potential delays in the ingestion of metrics data, as well as possible data duplication affecting EU Central and South America deployments when using the latest Dynatrace UI. We started to observe the delay as of 4:45 AM UTC.
The data can still be accessed in the classic Dynatrace UI.
We are actively working on the mitigation and will share the next update when new information becomes available.

We confirm that South America deployment is fully operational again. In EU Central deployment the issue with newly ingested data is also mitigated, but the backlog still needs time to be processed.
