Potential Issue with updating or adding extensions from the Hub

Multiple customers reported that they are unable to update their extensions or add extensions via in-UI functionality. Uploading the extension manually (after downloading from the public hub) works. We are currently working with internal teams to determine cause and mitigation. We will provide further updates as we receive them.
