India or Middle East-based users may experience slowdown or blank page when accessing SaaS environments hosted outside of the region. We presume that this is related to the global Internet traffic routing issue. This is only affecting Dynatrace UI access. We don't believe data ingestion is impacted now.

Our teams are actively investigating the situation and will provide additional information when it's available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are actively working with our cloud providers to gather updates regarding the ongoing internet traffic routing issue. Preliminary information indicates that the disruption is attributed to an undersea cable cut in the Red Sea. As a result, if your tenant is hosted in Europe, you can expect latency when accessing your Dynatrace environment from India.

We will continue to provide updates here as we learn more. If new information becomes available, we will share it immediately. Otherwise, you can expect the next update within 24 hours.

Thank you for your patience.

The most impacted connections show 50% latency improvement since the issue was raised initially which is close to figures observed before the incident.

We continue to actively monitor the situation together with the could provider and we will share new information as will we learn more.

Thank you for your patience.
