Dynatrace UI slowness, log ingestion delays and Host Unavailable alerts

We have identified an issue with our Oregon Cluster whereby users may experience slowness in Dynatrace UI, log ingestion delays or mass Host Unavailable alerting.

We are currently investigating root cause and working on mitigation.
