As we continue our mitigation efforts, we want to provide an updated summary of the current impact on our customers:
- New signups are temporarily unavailable.
- Customer users are intermittently unable to log in to Dynatrace.
- The Dynatrace UI is partially non-functional.
- Certain components of ingest processing, including data extraction, are confirmed to be affected.
Internal monitoring indicates decreased error rates, therefore improved functionality across Dynatrace services, and AWS has confirmed progress in resolving the underlying issue.
