OpenShift monitoring impacted following update to operator 1.8.0

Following the update of Dynatrace OpenShift operator 1.8.0, OpenShift monitoring became unavailable. The issue is affecting Kubernetes metrics.

We have identified a workaround, please reach out to support for assistance.
