EasyPost experienced a 7.5-hour outage caused by a network connectivity failure at their hosting provider, impacting Webhooks, API, Tracking, and Address Verification — leaving customers unable to make API requests or use the dashboard. Engineers restored primary data center connectivity and worked in parallel to bring critical services online via a fallback data center. All services were fully restored and backlogged tracking and reporting data was fully processed upon resolution.

Because resolution depends on our hosting provider's recovery, we do not yet have an estimated time to restoration. Our team is actively monitoring and will restore full service as soon as connectivity is recovered. We will post another update within 60 minutes, or sooner if the situation changes.
