The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented by our upstream network provider

We have detected an issue with our upstream network provider, preventing us from receiving some data. This affects our ability to process alarms, measurements, and other data from EcoStructure IT Gateways. Not all Gateways are impacted. We are investigating.
Our automated monitoring system have detected a possible service issue. Our engineers are currently investigating and we will update the status page shortly.
