Outage Details

We are investigating an issue that is affecting some accounts, where files uploaded via SFTP are not appearing in the EverTrue importer. We apologize for the issue and are working to resolve. Please note, files uploaded to the SFTP server are currently saved to the SFTP Uploads folder, and do not require additional copies uploaded.
