Exclaimer experienced an issue where multiple email signatures were being applied to messages, with duplicate signatures appearing even when one was already present. The problem was identified as being caused by changes in Outlook's behavior when emails with signatures were saved as drafts, triggering additional server-side signature applications. The issue was resolved after 360 hours through a combination of Exclaimer's add-in changes and a Microsoft fix.

The issue is being raised with Microsoft directly to understand this behavioural change further.
