A small subset of Exclaimer customers experienced "unexpected error" pages when attempting to access the Signatures, Campaigns, or Disclaimers tabs in the Exclaimer portal for approximately 5 hours. Email signature application via mail flow rules and the Exclaimer add-in continued to function normally throughout the incident. Engineers identified the root cause and deployed a fix with additional mitigations to prevent recurrence, fully resolving the issue.
