Exclaimer Cloud pages not loading as expected

Our engineers have monitored over the evening and confirmed this is now resolved

Engineers have been able to resolve the issue and have resumed monitoring for any further issues.

We have identified an issue within the portal where some buttons are not responding to clicks for some users.
Engineers are working now to resolve the issue.

Exclaimer Engineers are aware of reports of the Signature Designer failing to load for some customers. Initial remediation actions have been taken, and the Signature Designer should now load as expected for users.

Our engineers have resolved the issue, and customers should no longer experience any issues when using the Exclaimer Cloud Portal. We are now monitoring to ensure stability remains.

Exclaimer Engineers are aware of a transient issue that may cause certain pages, such as Branding, Campaigns, and Disclaimers, to fail to load for customers within the Exclaimer Portal.
Remediation work is underway to restore access to these sections of the portal.
