Expel has completed processing the backlog of alerts caused by the Google Cloud interruption today. Expel Workbench and alert ingestion are operating normally.

Google reports that its engineers have identified the root cause of the Google Cloud outage and have applied appropriate mitigations.

Google reported that Google Cloud experienced an outage affecting Expel Workbench connectivity, including alert ingestion, which Expel observed starting at approximately 1:50pm ET. Google Cloud is showing signs of partial recovery, although some Expel services including Workbench are still not fully operational.

Expel is monitoring this situation closely and taking action to expedite full recovery of Workbench. Expel will provide an up an update by 3:30pm ET.
