We are currently experiencing an issue affecting customers sending MMS messages. This is due to a disruption with our media storage provider, AWS, which is preventing MMS content from being properly processed and delivered.
The issue began at approximately 6:30 AM PST, and we are actively monitoring for updates from AWS. Once they resolve the issue, customers will need to resend their MMS campaigns to ensure successful delivery.
