Details:

• On November 3rd a decrease in the volume of Visa clearings was identified. Our investigation indicates this issue began on or around November 6th.

• Initial investigations indicate that the issue is isolated to Visa clearing transactions.

• The root cause is being investigated as an upstream issue within Visa's processing pipeline, affecting the delivery of clearing data to our platform.

Actions Taken:

• Escalation of the issue to Visa to identify and resolve the root cause.

• Continuous monitoring of the incoming data flow from Visa.
