Delayed Email Deliveries

All delayed emails have now been successfully sent or reconstructed and delivered. Some merchants and customers may have received their messages later than expected.

In some cases, self-service center login emails were not delivered during the incident, which may have prevented customers from logging in during that timeframe yesterday.

We’re implementing preventative measures with our provider to reduce the risk of this happening again.

Email sending is now operating normally.

Some messages may still be delayed due to earlier disruptions. We’re actively identifying any remaining queued emails and working to deliver them as quickly as possible. We’ll continue monitoring to ensure full recovery.

We’ve identified the cause of delayed email deliveries for some merchants. Our email provider is currently experiencing issues affecting delivery times.
